Booking conditions

1. Booking and Payment Process

To make a booking on our website, the customer will need to pay el 100% del importe en el momento de realizar la reserva 

We guarantee the best price and greater cancellation flexibility (up to 3 days before arrival) compared to other sales channels.

2. Cancellation Policy

The client will be able cancel the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date.

En este caso, se reembolsará el importe pagado de  la reserva (menos 2,4% gastos de gestión)

Cancellations made outside of this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, and will be charged Total reserve amount.

3. No Show

In case of Do not show up on the arrival day. without prior notice, the establishment will charge 100 % of the total reservation amount, and it will be automatically canceled.

4. Booking Modifications

Any requests for modifications (dates, number of guests, room type, etc.) will be subject to availability and must be made within the free cancellation deadlines. The establishment reserves the right to accept or reject such modifications.

5. Liability for damages:

The guest will be responsible for any damage, deterioration, or loss caused to the hostel's facilities, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repairing or replacing such damages will be borne by the guest.

6. Other special conditions

Check-in from 1:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM

– No pets allowed, except for service dogs with their corresponding certification.

 

7. General terms and conditions

Prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the payment method is invalid or the charge cannot be processed.

•By completing the reservation, the client declares to have read and accepted these conditions.
